Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 15 business days from the date of delivery. Please be aware that refunds will only be provided as store credit.
Exchange requests made after this period will not be processed. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Exchanges and Store Credit Refunds:
- Submit Your Request: Request an exchange or store credit refund. We will review and approve your request within 2-3 days.
- Ship the Items: After approval, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please return the items within 2-3 days to the address provided. If the items are not returned within this timeframe, your request will be canceled.
- New Order Processing: Once we receive the returned items, we will process your new order within 3-5 business days. The shipping cost for the new item will be the customer’s responsibility.
IMPORTANT RETURN GUIDELINES:
- The returned item(s) must be in the SAME Rich Filo packaging.
- Tags must be intact and not removed.
- All freebies (e.g., stickers) included in the original packaging should be returned.
- Items should NOT have any perfume scent, show signs of wear, or have been washed.
- Items that do not meet the above guidelines will not be eligible for return as they cannot be resold.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@richfilo.store.
